City Park. Davlet Meretukov illustrated "The Adygen Folk Tales" (1958), "The Folk Pattern" (1960), and the books of adygian epic literature "Nartkher" (1968). Meretukov Davlet designed the National Emblem of the Republic of Adygheya. The image - the picture of the warrior hero of Adygen folk epics, Sausryko, created by the artist - has become widespread now. It is used, for example, as an emblem of the Caucasus at the department training specialists on the Caucasus in the University of Chicago.

Meretukov was a member of the Russian and Moscow Union of Artists. For the creation of artistic works, some of which became symbol of the capital of Adygey, Meretukov was awarded the title "National Artist of Republic Adygey" and the Solovyev Brothers Premium.

He took part in the competition, proclaimed by the International Chercassian Association. The emblem of the ICA, made by Meretukov, was recognized as the best.

Meretukov Davlet died in 2000. His creative work was very bright, original and diverse one.
